Titus is a five-year-old Belgian Malinois. He is originally from the Netherlands and came to OPD in August of 2013. Titus enjoys playing fetch and relaxing with Officer Stine and his family on his days off. Titus is also particularly fond of some of Officer Stine’s recycling bottles and has been known to take a bottle or two from Officer Stine to play with. Officer Stine has been with the department since December of 2007 and has served in various field assignments during that time.
